Update Your Policy
Conveniently request a policy change by doing one of the following:
1.
Fill in the request form below (ideal for minor changes).
2.
Send an email to info@musicins.com with your changes. Be sure to include your policy number.
3.
Log into your Heritage account or create one to access your policy information.
4.
For minor changes, call us at 1-800-289-8837 and press 3 during office hours.
Notice: No request to make a policy change for insurance will be considered effective until confirmed in writing by Heritage or insurance carrier.
