Please have your invoice before choosing one of these options to make a payment, if you do not have an invoice, email or phone our office for a copy.
Our agency accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express or check by phone payments at 1-800-289-8837, press 5, during our business hours Monday - Friday 9 am to 5pm (EST).

2. Follow these instructions to make a payment to The Hartford.
Call our automated system at 1-866-467-8730 for a one-time payment from your bank account or credit card.
Have your bill account number or policy number available.

Express pay available to make a quick 1x time payment and requires no enrollment.

2. Follow these instructions to make a payment to Great American Insurance.
To make a one time or recurring payment from your bank account or credit card, please visit https://portals.gaig.com. This is available 24 hours a day. Save postage and mailing time delays!
Beginning December 1, 2025, you will incur a 2.99% processing fee when paying via credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, our authorized service provider, One Inc, will process the transaction on your behalf. One Inc will appear on your credit card statement, and the charge will include the insurance payment plus the processing fee. To avoid the processing fees, please use our free ACH option.
Call 1-800-847-4357 to make electronic check or credit card payments. Select option 2 or 3 and follow the prompts. This is available 24 hours a day.
