Please have your invoice before choosing one of these options to make a payment, if you do not have an invoice, email or phone our office for a copy.

Our agency accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express or check by phone payments at 1-800-289-8837, press 4, during our business hours Monday - Friday 9 am to 5pm (EST).

Most companies issue renewal invoices 20 days before your renewal date. Premiums are due on your renewal date (subject to change due to various circumstances)

Choose 'Travelers Express Pay' to make a quick 1x time payment and requires no enrollment.

You may also choose 'Travelers e-Pay' to enroll and make payments, set up automatic payments using Electronic Funds transfer (EFT) and review billing history.

Travelers does not accept credit card payments.

Heritage will accept credit cards.

To make a one time bank account or credit card payment from your mobile device, please visit www.gaic.com/Policyholder-Services. In the "Mobile Apps" section, please find the app which corresponds to your policy coverage, and then click on the link for your device. This service is free and available 24 hours a day.

Automatic Recurring Payment

This offers a convenient way to have your insurance payment automatically withdrawn from your credit card, checking or savings account. To set up a recurring electronic deduction for your account, please visit https://mybilling.gaic.com, or call 1-800-847-4357, option 3.
